Meet Your Planner

My name is Laura, and I’ve been working in the events industry for over 10 years. Throughout the years, I’ve explored different areas of the industry, but I’ve always found my way back to what I love most which is creating meaningful experiences, especially weddings. After the birth of my son, I took the leap and started my own business, allowing me to build something centered around the work I truly enjoy. I genuinely love working with engaged couples and being a source of support, guidance, and coordination during such a meaningful milestone in their lives.

Our Services

  • You’ve made the plans, now it’s time to enjoy it. Beginning 90 days before your wedding day, we step in to organize the final details, connect with your vendors, and create a clear plan for a seamless celebration. From timeline development and vendor communication to managing the flow of the wedding day, we handle the logistics behind the scenes so you don’t have to. Our goal is to make sure your plans are thoughtfully executed while you, your family, and your guests can be fully present and enjoy the day.

    Investment — $2,000 (travel/ guest count over 180 will determine final quote)

  • You don’t have to plan it all on your own. Beginning 6 to 9 months before your wedding, we step in to support the planning that’s already underway and help guide the details that still need to come together. We’ll work alongside you to tackle outstanding planning needs, recommend trusted vendors, refine your timeline and logistics, and keep everything moving forward. Whether you need help with a few key pieces or ongoing guidance through the final months, our goal is to make the process feel organized, manageable, and enjoyable.

    Investment — $4,000 (travel/ guest count over 180 will determine final quote)

  • Beyond weddings, we provide planning and coordination services for corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, fundraisers, celebrations, and other special events. Whether you need support from the early planning stages or a professional to step in and manage the final details, we tailor our services to meet the needs of your event. From vendor coordination and timelines to logistics, guest experience, and day-of management, we make sure the details are handled so your team can focus on what matters most.

    1. The Wedding Timeline Edit | This service can help couples who aren’t hiring a coordinator and would like guidance with their wedding day timeline. You’ll receive a timeline that reflects your wedding day vision. Investment — $150

    2. The Vendor Edit | If you are a coordination client and would like help with vendor research you can add this service to your package. One vendor category search per edit. This service is only available to current clients. Investment — $150

    3. Consultation | If you’re planning/ coordinating your own wedding and need guidance from a professional planner you can book a consultation to discuss your wedding. Investment — $50/hr

We’ll begin by getting you settled into our planning experience and connected with everything you’ll need along the way. Even if our official planning start date is still ahead, you’ll have a dedicated resource to turn to whenever questions arise.

When it’s time for us to officially begin, we’ll get to work. I’ll help organize the details, keep everything moving forward, coordinate with your vendors, and make sure the pieces come together as planned.

When the big day arrives, you get to step back and enjoy it. I’ll take care of the logistics, manage the moving pieces, and coordinate with your vendors so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.
